Age 69, taking Telmisartan 40 mg od, bp normal but pulse rate 130 resting phase.
Can ivabradin/Nebicard be given along with Telmisartan 40 mg to control pulse rate?
Telmisartan control bp but does it increase pulse rate?

What should be Telmisart dose for 95kg person and bp 135/85.and taking. Telma 20 from 3 MOnths.

140/95 BP levels
My Systolic pressure varies between 130-140 but Diastolic varies between 88-97 and I want to know what medicines I can take in addition to Telmisartan 40 Mg once daily I am taking? Is alternate therapy like Homeopathy helpful or I take combination of Telmisartan with a Diuretic? Or Telmisartan 40 Mg twice daily?
