Pressure is always High around 165/92
Telmisartan 40 twice in morning and night thn also pressure is High , someone told me i should not give him telmisartan twice its not good , but accessing his pressure i just give him telmisartan. Should i change it ? Plz help

Need more history First question since how many days it shows more reading 2nd question any history of skip medication

first u strictly monitor bp 2 times a day for 5 days if reading show high better to consult near by physician and chnge medication

Check your blood pressure regularly twice a day for 5 days.  Note down the readings with date and time.  Show the readings to your doctor . You may start amlodipine type of medicine.  Check your kidney function with the help of blood urea creatinine values  .. also check your blood cholesterol levels
