Breathless while walking
From last two weeks having mild breathlessness while walking with occasional dizziness. Blood pressure yesterday was 130/110 and today 120/100 ( both taken at clinic ) BP Medicnes- Cilacar 10 twice and Telmisartan 40 once. ( Telmisartan was added a month back ). An echocardiogram was taken one year back. which mentions, CONCENTRIC LVH, DILATED AORTIC ROOT (45MM) Could this breathlessness be due to elevated diastolic bp?

He needs to repeat the echocardiography. He has aortic dilation and cardiac wall thickening. Breathlessness can be due to valve leak (AR) or impairment of cardiac function.
