A normal ECG and echo cannot completely rule out heart disease especially the disease in heart's blood vessels. It just tells that your heart is yet not damaged. And chest pain at your age must be properly evaluated especially to rule out a disease in heart's blood vessel. The necessary investigations appropriate for you can be decided only after your proper clinical examination. So please meet a cardiologist as early as possible and get yourself properly examined to plan the necessary investigations and further line of management. Thanks. Hope this helps.
