I have hypertension so I take Telmisartan 40 mg at bed time. Since a few days I have been having this headache at the back of my head till the neck sometimes in the midday sometimes at evening . My pressure remains 130/90 at that time . I have lower back spondylosis and knee arthritis. Why am I having this severe headache so frequently ? Please help me out

Having severe muscle and joint pain and tiredness since a month. Taking Rosuvastatin 20 and Telmisartan 40 since long time. Doctor asked to check TOTAL CPK and the result is more than the lab reference value. Can the pain be due to elevated CPK level?

My blood pressure ranges from 130/80 to 140/90 . I have slightly high uric acid of 6.2 mg/dl  . Should I take Telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide containing tablet Tazloc 40mg . I have grade 1 fatty liver and have no diabetes.

My brother's age 45 has high BP problem. Initially took telmisartan 40 mg, now reduced to 20 mg and BP is somewhat controlled with this medicine. Will Telmisartan or Cilnidipine increase Uric Acid in blood. I am taking both medicines for hypertension and always the Serum Uric Acid level is above 7.5 ( reached upto 9 ) ( even after restricting purine rich food). I am suffering from hypertension n taking telmisartan 40mg. BP is now normal. I got checked my lipid profile. My triglycerides are higher (237.5) On the advice of Doctor I start taking storvas 10mg but feeling light headache, dizziness, feeling sicki and muscle pain. I am taking blood pressure medication Telmisartan(40mg) along with Storvas-10,Ecospirin-75,PAN 40.after taking these medications now my bp is normal but i am having headache and heart beat sound in my ears while trying to sleep.please help

I have labile hypertension and suffered a high bp episode about a month ago (180/100). I was on inderal 20 mg a day. Such episodes had happened whenever I had burping and reflux and it was the same that time also. The doc said it was due to anxiety and got me to do a treadmill which showed heart in good condition but bp hit a max of 190/110. Doc switched me to telmisartan + thiazide 40 mg twice a day. The bp has stabilized well for a month now and shows mostly around 105/65. I have also controlled acid reflux by changing to bland diet. Can I just lower my dosage of telmisartan to 40 mg a day henceforth? Is there anything else I need to check?

I am hypertensive since 8yrs.was taking amlodipine 5mg. Due to high bp ranging between 140-150/90-100 pulse 100-110bpm my medication was changed to embeta tm (telmisartan 40mg + metoprolol 50mg)Now my Bp comes around 130/90 but pulse it reduced to 65-75bpm.is this fine??
