Side effect of medicine (dry caugh)
My mother is diabetics patient . My mother having mild dry cough and there is no other symthoms at all . She consume two medicines Glucoryl m2 and telser 20. But telser 20 contains telmisartan(20mg ). So can this medicine produce dry cough ? And is there any alternative for this medicine?

Hello.. Telmisartan can cause dry cough as a side effect but u need to rule out other causes also and to see if really this drug is culprit or not!!! . Consult endocrinologist for examination and if required change of medication
