Attached is my mother's report She feels continuous pain and discomfort in her right breast. Mammography report states 11×6 sized axillary lymphnode with maintained fatty hilum. What should be the next steps.. is it a cause of concern? Please help.

I had a medical abortion (pills) on the 7th and everything went alright, I had 5-6 days bleeding and then it stopped.
