Had consistent mild pain in testis, majorly left testicle. Doc examined and suspected epididymitis and prescribed antibiotics. Its been 3weeks on antibiotics and still has pain & discomfort. Got scrotum,kidney n bladder ultrasound everything is normal. Also got testosterone(total) tested its 327ng/DL,is this common?

Swells near to spinalcord
I can feel swelling near to l back spinal cord from last 2-2.6 years.now a days i am feeling more pain while travelling long distance or if i will seat continuously more than 2-3 hours in office . level discomfort is increase more in last 5-6 months back, please suggest me

Skin problem

Piles n constipation
Irritation and jalan during passing stool since 2 yr, have constipation.take ayurvedic medicine but when stop symptoms again appears, sometimes bleeding also but not very common, always feeling of passing stool more than 3 times.
