I have been experiencing a strange occasional single heart beat in my chest. some time it feels near neck. It is kind of a bubble or hickup kind of feel in my chest. It come some day will be there for 2 days and will be like a high beat every 5 min, some times only after lunch and go away on their own. I don't feel any pain or discomfort, but I feel worried about it.Please advice.

I am trying to hold my urination as long as possible. But the pain under the lower abdomen on right side is still there. And sometimes holding the urination for longer time increases the discomfort of lower abdomen slightly. Please advise what to do in this case. Thank you

Hello Sir, Since my childhood I have some discomfort in pronunciation due to minor problem in teeth alignment. It looks odd at my mouth when I pronounce some words which also loose my confidence in public,adding to it i had some what bad smile due to this teeth. Early morning occasional mild breathlessness - I swim for about 2 & 1/2 hours every day - for some time I do underwater swimming up to 12 foot depth.
