My friend found an ulcer like thing near anal lining for about 10 days. Initially it is not painful and not itchy but for the past few days it is itchy and causing discomfort. He also had 4-5 red rashes on his thigh which r slowly fading now. Please diagnose this condition.

Respected sir/Madam I have severe gastric production That causes pain in stomach, chest, back side, hip etc. Some kind of discomfort is there, I am eating food reqularly. Hello doc, I am having a vaginal infection.. I had consulted a doctor few years ago and it had went away but now again it has started and the which that doc had suggested is not available so can I use 'Himalayas V-gel'. And that infection is really spreading, itching and causing a lot if discomfort.. Due to scratching my area has become really bad...Please suggest a good cream which would also lessen that vaginal discharge. Please help..!

Hello sir/madem, From the past one month i have been doing some exercise like running cycling and some weight liftings in gym. Dont know what from past one week my left knee is feeling some discomfort when i walk fast or run its paining and unable to walk fast any more . I am having a little pain in the lower stomach since 3 days. I had my periods on last Thursday and it was jus spots and no bleeding. Immediately after periods, a white creamy discharge started coming which is not smelly. I sometimes feels a little discomfort cant say it is pain at my urinating part. I have pcod.

The pain started two hours after I had some food from a roadside stand. The pain has been going on for the past 5 days. It hurts when I drink or eat, at the time when the food enters the stomach. I am 24. I am not married and still live with my parents. Recently I have been feeling a sense of discomfort living at home. I would like to move out but can't think of an amicable way to do so. I am not sure if i suffer from depression or bipolar disorder. I tend to overthink a lot and have some self esteem and belonging issues. Is there a way depression and bipolar disorder can be handled alone?
