Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

My left knee hurts a little when it stays in a bent position for too long. It's not a very strong pain, but it's still discomforting. I'm cycling for an hour 4 times a week and do some bouldering twice a week and I'm wondering whether this can have any impact on my problem. Please let me know how worried I should be and what I can undertake to get rid of this pain.

I have got a bad case of food poisoning with stomach pain, vomiting and loose motions. It's been 1.5 days. Took ondem for vomiting and BI quinol for loose stools once. Any other meds I should be taking? Am experiencing pain and discomfort too. Thanks

I had fever on 2 Jan which went away after 2 days. On 17 Jan I have fever again. I have seen increase in the frequency of fever(once a month) for last 6 months. Fever rarely goes above 100 and is accompanied by stomach discomfort. Interestingly before both these incidences I consumed chicken. I have thalassemia minor.

Have been feeling plugged ear on the left side after shower. Usually water drains away and ears are cleared but this left ear has been troublesome for very long. The right side of my scrotal sac is big in size (size of a big apple). Sometimes it is soft, sometimes hard. I can feel both testes separately. No pain so far. No problem with urine or sexual life. Discomfort, heaviness is experienced at times. Pant look bulged in that region. Worried about this situation of mine.
