I've recently started swimming and have been experiencing slight discomfort while listening to music for a longer period in the left ear only. And also if there's a lot of wind my left ear buzzes and feels like the air is going directly inside it. I was wondering if it's something serious.

You might be suffering from impacted wax inside your ear canal. Treatment depends on diagnosis and physical examination of the ear canal is necessary for the diagnosis
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can use Otorex ear drops to soften the wax
