Varicocele means dilated veins in scrotum. It can cause dull aching sensation in scrotum and infertility. These are the 2 main reasons to correct varicocele. It won't improve with any medication. If pain is troubling you it is best to undergo surgery. It's only a minor procedure. can be done by open surgery or laparoscopy.
