Frequent urination and varicocele
I am a 30 year old male. I was told that I have a varicocele issue, which has been causing some pain in the genitals and lower abdomen. However I have also been having an issue with an increased urinary frequency. I offer urinate and still feel as if I need to urinate again, if if my bladder is empty. It seems to get worse if I strain during a bowel movement. I wanted to know if it is possible for the varicocele to be causing this or if they are more likely separate issues.

Varicocele problem to be addressed if pain is severe. Aggravated pain during motion passage is due to raise abdominal pressure aggravating varicolele
Urine problem is seperate issue.
