Frequent urination
I am a male experiencing frequent urination, sometimes up to 4-5 times in one hour. Each time the urine amount is normal. There is no burning, pain, fever, blood, bad smell, or cloudiness. I do not wake up at night to urinate once I fall asleep. My urine color is light/clear. This started recently. I usually sleep late and do not drink a lot of water. No other symptoms.

Looks like bladder irritation may be due to concentrated urine. Make sure you are hydrated well ideally about 2.5 to 3 L of water per day. Regularise your sleep timing. If symptoms still persist Needs thorough evaluation with proper history and necessary investigations.
