I have lower abdomen pain from around a week or so which is gradual but it increases when i do any hectic physical activity like running, walking fast etc. Even when i sneeze and cough there is slight discomfort.
Apart from these it has been very mild when i sit or am not moving. Could it be a muscle related issue or digestive issue?

I can understand your concern.
It could be so many things, based on this much information we cannot even narrow it down to anything.
You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 2 days.
If it still persists, get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
