  4. Lump of tissue on foreskin. Specialist?

Lump of tissue on foreskin
I'm 22 years old. I have a a hemispherical lump of tissue on my penis foreskin about 0.4mm in diameter. It has been there for 2-3 years. It's soft and I don't feel any pain or discomfort even when I pinch it with light force. I want to see a doctor for this, but don't know what kind of doctor to see. A general physician or skin specialist?
