Fistula watery fluid come out
Hello, i have a fistula whose Anal ends showing closed in fistulagraphy and skin end open 15 days before. Now i don't have pain or discomfort . I did Kshar Varti for 4 days . Now Sometimes watery fluid comes out if i press around the skin end . It will recover or need further treatment please suggest.

Internal opening  is closed.It may be blocked with crusts..your language dead dried cells..or it may be due to immature or pre- formed tract Whatever fluid getting is due to infection set in tract.. Just try to avoid wetness at that area

If internal opening is closed, it should heal in time. Watery fluid expected until healing completes.
