Since last 2 days ...im Having Slight discomfort in back of my throat - noticed Redness in Tonsils too. What is the cause for this? I'm doing salt water gargles and taking Antibiotics - it's giving some relief.... but im wondering how serious could this be? Any suggestions for some relief please?

I am having constant stomach issues like unable to burp or pass gas but excessive gas, abdominal discomfort, tremendous anxiety.
