I am a female of 18 yrs. My height is 154cm(5 feet) and my weight is 45 kgs.I have been experiencing pressure below my belly button( Not pain just a lot of pressure). Also when I urinate, the urine does not evacuate completely and I feel that there is some urine still left. Also I have this constant urge to feel my bladder again and again. It is causing heavy discomfort for me. I have got my ultrasound done and it shows that I have increased vascularity in myometrium and a bulky uterus. My urine culture shows no infection. I am feeling this pressure since 1 month now. I had been doing ab exercises on my own and therefore feel that I have hurt myself in the process. But I am not sure. This problem increases when I sleep at night. I am taking Tracfree medicines and also trying to drink plenty of water. My doctor wanted to start some kind of process or internal scanning but she said that it is performed only when one is sexually active which I am not. Is it something serious?

I have csom. Doctor gave me antiobiotic that i have to finish in 1 week. I finished it and went back to the doctor to get checked some mord. No discharge occured during the 1 week period. Then he told me to go home coz it will heal on its own, but to come back if the discharge persists within 2 weeks. 2 weeks laters, no discharge nor discomfort.. Slight hearing loss as usual but no discharge so i didnt come back. But now that im entering the 3rd week, my ear start draining, its not as bad as it used to be but.. A discharge nonetheless. Hmmm and a small bump on my earlobe. Also had a ringing in my ear but it went away asap. Should i go checked up? coz idk, it could be just nothing..coz a few days before i took a shower and was careless, i guess water got into the affected ear(im supposed to keep it dry)...then the discharge happened. Is it nothing or should i go to the doc.. I wnna make sure its something to worry abt bcs its a hassel to commute and I don't wanna do it for nothing.

Fell, injured arm 2 days ago. X-ray of Elbow negative. Symtoms: Initially swelling/ tenderness in area left of elbow. Slight discomfort in wrist. Today, onset of stiffness/tenderness on outside of R shoulder along with some aching. Have pretty good range of motion without much pain. (If not doing what I am about to describe.) What I'm concerned with now (and was not aware when I sawMD) is the following symptom:Since day one, I experienced pain when twisting, pushing or pulling but only when gripping or holding on to something or if my hand comes into contact with something. For example twisting my arm while holding onto treadmill bar or baby stroller in front of me, or pushing or pulling drawer or door open or shut. The above mentioned pain is sharp located in a wide area below elbow and goes away when I stop.Should I follow up on this or observe for a while? Right now I have my arm in sling to remind not to favor the arm. 67 yo F 5'6, good health and I work out. Thank you.

I discontinued my Depo Provera when my shot was due Dec. 16th. March 24th I had a lot of discomfort, and went to urgent care with suspected UTI. UTI came back negative, after ultrasound, doctors confirmed I was likely close to ovulating and should expect first period in about 2 weeks. April 14th I had a very light pink, then very light brown discharge when I wiped after urinating, but no period. Since then I have had pelvic pressure/ache, nausea, dizziness, headache consistently. I do have 1 child. The discharge and other symptoms were consistent with my last pregnancy, but tests so far have come back negative. My husband and I are not preventing pregnancy. Is this a hormonal imbalance that needs treatment? Consistently dry heaving at work has become very bothersome and symptoms don't seem to be lessening. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thank you.

I had a breakup with my long time (5 years) girl friend. We broke up 1.5 years back and didn't talk for whole of 1 year. This was sort of a routine for us and I thought we can get back whenever I want. When we finally started to talk again, I came to know she got a job in Gurgaon and just to be with her, I too got a job in Delhi. After coming to delhi I came to know that she had already moved on when we broke up 1.5 years back and I couldn't accept it. I go to gurgaon everyday after work just to get to see her & listen to her voice. She doesn't like this & she doesn't want to get back with me. I have been having discomfort in sleeping, I feel afraid of being alone, all day I cannot think about anything else but her & the good & bad memories we have. This sort of eats me from inside and everyday this is getting worse. I can't concentrate on my job or lead a proper carefree and healthy life. We finally agreed that we'll be friends & that has provided me with some comfort.

On Monday of this week I was experience pain in my back. If I made a circle around my waist, it would have been a little bit above my belly button. I wasn't sure what caused the pain, but I thought it might have been from some heavy lifting I had done at work the Thursday before. However, the pain did not begin until that Monday, and by Tuesday it was completely gone. It hurt to move my body, and it was also painful if I pressed on my back. On Friday night (around 9pm) I began experiencing discomfort and started peeing blood. The pain increased and I felt the constant urge to pee even right after I used the bathroom. By about 4:30am the pain went away and I was no longer peeing any more blood. The exact same thing happened a few months ago, minus the back pain earlier in the week. I went to the ER and they gave me antibiotics for a UTI. I haven't had any other symptoms, and the pain and bloody urine only lasted around 7-8 hours each time, then I felt perfectly normal again. Any advice?

I found the symptoms bellow- *painfull and frequent ,urgent, drop drop urination occuring since 6-7 months *burning & itching sensation at urethra as well as inflamation in bladder and lower abdomen *feel some blockage of urine in penis during urination and taking 1-2 min time to initiate urination * not emptying the bladder completely *sometimes penis get compressed before initiate urination if i hold and delay the urine for some time *since some days feeling weak thigh and fatigue in thigh and knee with whole muscles in both leg's and discomfort in standing i have already tested (like ultrasound, sonography ,urine culture, blood test etc.) and not found any abnormality in kidney, stone problem, prostate gland, or any infection ,nothing found, not a UTI docter said normal pain still i have the above said symptoms. but i guess, it may be a urethritis problem to which my symptoms are matched found in internet, but i am confused how to cure,plz help me sir

I have been experiencing worsening periods alongside other symptoms for a period of six months. Period pain has increased and ovary pain in particular has become more prevalent over time. The last three months have been excruciating for me and have stopped me leaving my home or moving around due to the discomfort. Pain is severe in both ovaries and comes and goes throughout the majority of my cycle. It ranges from dull aches to sharp pain that can be so severe I need to sit down and wait for it to pass. This last period (which has just ended) has been the worst for pain and heavy bleeding. It also started, stopped, and then started again, changing from dark brown blood to fresh red blood which has never happened before. I experienced brown discharge before my period for two months now. I have had ovary pain throughout the entire month alongside menstrual type cramping and also pain before having a bowel movement although I have had this for a few years now and is not every time I have

I suffer from degenerative disc at L1S5 level with nerve root compression which affected testicile pain, I was on pregabid me 75 for the same and got relief but another problem start , tingling pain in penis top with burning sensation in lower limbs gradually spread to entire body. Doc gave me paxidep and zapiz for that and got relief, but started major gastro problem so I changed doc and the new doc gave me neurokind LC, with excersie (pawanmukta asan). In between I became more anxious regarding health problem and burning sensation back.. Any pain or discomfort in body create this thing , majorly penis area ignites the same and I feel nervous.. Prostate is OK as per USG and other part also... All normal blood test ok..doc gave me axogurad SR 75 and I am on that right now.. It increase with sitting and concentration ,watching movie. I try to ignore but it difficult.. Please help

I m facing constipation from past 6 months. It started with change in bowel habits. Here are my symptoms...1. Constipation..2. Sore Throat..2. Mild abdominal pain on left side (only facing from last 4 days)..3. Shiny stools..4. Visible Mucus (not always; after having churna)..5. Headache(Not always)..6. Depression..7. Dry skin..8. Darkness of facial skin(maybe due to mood off)..9. Discomfort and Fatigue..10. Abdominal fullness, bloating..11. Stools which float on water..11. Loss of appetite...What shoul I do as i have tried isabgol, triphla, lavan bhaskara...Is it Irritable Bowel Syndrome?I am much worried about it...
