Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hi All, For the last 6 months I've been troubled by chest pain on the left side which sometimes radiates into shoulder and till the elbow. Tingling numbness into the fingers too sometimes. No previous medical history. Always tried to keep lifestyle as healthy as possible. Because of this issue I've been to ER once, had multiple ECGs, TMT, 2D Echo, CT Chest, CT Coronary Angio, CT Cervical Spine, Xray Cspine and Chest. All other reports are normal except for some disc bulges on cervical spine. My question is why does it affect the chest so much. If it's cervical spine related, why is the neck stiffness minimal compared to magnitude of chest pain. It leaves me in a lot of discomfort. Is there anything else that I can do in terms of daignosis? Is there any other test left to identify what's going wrong? Because pain can't happen just like that.

Hi I am 14weeks 6 days pregnant. Yesterday I noticed a dark discharge hence went to doctor for consultation. In USG, they said I have Posterior Low Lying Placenta with Retroplacental clot covering the internal os measuring 2.1cm × 0.9cm. I am on Ecospirin 150 mg, HCQS 300 mg, Clexane 60 mg injection since I had recurrent miscarriages twice. Spontaneous conception and NT scan took on 4th Jan shows everything was good. Doctor prescribed to stop Duphaston 10mg 1-0-1 from 14 th week. Hence I stopped after that had few discomforts and with discharge which I noticed yesterday. Can I continue Duphaston 10 mg? And this condition is curable? Kindly assist

On 24th sept, due to shaving there were few cut in between labia minora and majora due to which I experienced itchiness and dryness, I consulted gynecologist she said there is no infection by just visualizing (no swab test) and so I applied candida power, ate evening primose oil and cod liver oil tablet as prescribed. I got my periods on 28th sept and on third day of my period, early morning I found my labia minora super swollen. I didn't have sex/ate any drugs/touch my vagina. Again, i consulted gynecologist, she said no infection by just visualizing and gave me 5 days medicine (aceclofenac and paracetamol) and 1M hygiene wash ph 3.5 (cream base) It is been three days, my labia minora is still not normal, I experience discomfort due to itchiness and swelling. Although swelling has decreased by 50%. I am sacred. How much time will it take to go away? Should I consult gynecologist on 6th day? Should I use cold or hot compression? Is it really serious or will it go off?

Suffered chest discomfort , anxiety, burning sensation in chest so Endoscopy taken as prescribed by doctor.test states that erosions noted in antrum , final report is antral gastritis. Rest is normal. Gallbladder polyp 5 mm, asymptomatic, fatty liver grade 2.Chest x-ray, 2 d echo, ECG is also normal. All these tests taken in month of May. Took esofag tablet for 4 months & all symptoms reduced. But again my symptoms started. Suffering from mild stomach pain, burning sensation in chest. What is the reason please answer? Taking all precautions not eating anything spicy oily but frequently getting burning sensation in chest mostly at 4 am. Currently iam taking telma a m 40 tablet,gluconorm g 1 & shelcal d 500 mg tablets.b.p & diabetic level is normal. Please answer what I have to do.

Hello Doctor! I am 32 weeks Pregnant..today had my obg scan and all parameters were ok baby weighs 2.3 kg..my concern now is piles problem...and bp problem..Bp when ever I check it( shows as 110/70 like that but when Doctor observes the wrist part she could feel it as 130..140 so is the machine reading correct? So Doc kept me on Bp medication ..50mg daily from 7 th month onwards..and besides this got a haemmerrroid recently few days back (grape sized)..which started with lots of pain but after two days slightly discomfort reduced...but today when Doc observed there was a slight onedrop ofbleed..near the pile mass blood vessel...as now they can't do anything...she told me to be v v carefultill 20-25 days...but reduction is seen in that mass does that cause any problem ..like burst and bleed very much tensed about this..is bp related to it ? and does 130 ...140 bp affect child growth and weight? Hello Doc, My wife has completed 1st Trimester & is in 4th Month. She has started to feel leg & foot pains/cramps mostly from evening till early morning. Causing a lot of discomfort to her. She keeps pillows under her feet at night & also taking calcium/vitamin supplements. She walks 2-3k steps daily. No history of DVT or Diabetes or hypertension. She wanted to have regular foot & leg Massage to get relief. My questions - 1) Is it fine to get professional leg massage regularly in pregnancy? As masseurs hands are rough & they do massage strongly. 2) Have read there are accupressure points on foot & legs that are needed to be avoided to avoid pains & contractions. So is it advisable to get the massage done? 3) If yes then how regularly can the massage be done? Everyday or once-twice in a week? 4) Anything else to be taken care of. I jumped off a cliff into a river but while jumping I mistakenly opened my legs wide due to which water had a impact on my groin region as well as testicular region I had a severe pain for half and hour after which the pain reduced and I was able to travel back home without much discomfort. The doctor gave me painkiller antibiotics.I also had swelling in my inner left thigh specially He also ordered an ultrasound after  week but the report came normal.This all happened in last November 2021. My pain was 95% gone after a month. From March I started exercising and lifting weights when I felt a pain and burning sensation on left side groin  and also a little above the scrotum region this was roughly after the jumping incident. Doctor ordered and ultrasound again and this time report came as 0.5mm inguinal hernia.Then I consulted a general surgeon and ultrasound report this  time showed grade 1 varicocele there was no hernia this time.I feel pain while lifting what is it exactly?And goes

Problem 1 I am not able to clear my stools properly.It sticks at my entire anus and i feel i still have some stool left in my rectum. After my bowel movement it becomes very annoying for me to clear my stools from my anus and rectum,anyhow i clear it But in evening around 7pm i always see something is pinching my anus and when i check i find some stools in my anus which is causing discomfort. This problem persists from 30 days Also i have some abdomen pain and last 3 days my stool are liquid and my stomach is upset 2 I have been diagnosed with internal hamerroids in sigmoidoscopy. But i Don't have any symptoms like pain or bledding. Only there is swelling 7-8cm inside my anus and sometimes (rarely) i feel some discomfort.this problem I noticed from 15 days. I follow the strict and heathy diet from past 20days but no recovery.what is the main problem? I have meet gasterologist but  not relieved Plz help me. Male, Age 28.. 105kg..living in middle east It's been four years every winter I get cold, eventually cough and hemoptysis. From 2018 March! CT was taken and it was normal. Cough and hemotpysis stopped within a month. Again in 2019 winter.. 2020 winter.. 2020 again been to pulmonologist Xray was taken.. was normal.. 2021 winter also got the same (cough and hemoptysis).. been to general physician.. taken inhaler and stopped.. Now again in 2022 (present) after exposure to covid started cough and hemoptysis.. Last three years I coughed up blood only in the morning! But this time i cough less... but when I do violent cough bloody phlegm comes out.. not only morming.. sometimes at night also(unlike last three years).. I have discomfort in chest due to gerd (gas)..burp a lot.. The cough and hemoptysis lasts for two months then stops! After that I dont face any issues until next winter! No fever.. no weight loss.. Seeing my history above.. chance of lung cancer? What can it be? Again scans?
