Condition: Hyperthyroidism My mother is 65 years old and has been suffering from hyperthyroidism since 2020. She has been taking prescribed medicines regularly, but her condition has not improved significantly. Her TSH levels are consistently very low, and even during medication the thyroid test results keep fluctuating. I have the latest thyroid reports available and can share them for review. Recently, we have noticed several concerning symptoms: Loss of appetite Extreme sensitivity to smells (she cannot tolerate strong smells) Gradual muscle weakness and muscle loss Irregular and fast heartbeat, sometimes her pulse reaches around 140 General weakness and discomfort We would like guidance on why the thyroid levels are not stabilizing despite medication and what further treatment or tests might be required.

Hi sir i have MASLD whenever I eat red meat on special occasions otherwise i don't eat . Because whenever i eat red meat i will have severe constipation with indigestion along with abdominal discomfort last year i consult gastro doctor and i have done all the including hcv which don't want and it is life long disorder she prescribed me bilypsa which is very costly and with moderate effective and this year i take heptagon regularly with moderate effective. My question is that how much turmeric powder with milk is safe to take and i usually take half spoon with one spoon sugar but not on daily basis thank you

I’ve been having episodes for quite some time where I feel chest discomfort, often starting after acidity or gas, with a lot of burping. Once this happens, my anxiety suddenly increases and my heart rate goes up and feels like it doesn’t settle easily. During these episodes my neck and body feel very stiff, and even deep breathing doesn’t calm things down much. I’ve had ECGs done several times and they’ve always been normal, but in the moment it still feels frightening and I worry that something might be wrong with my heart. I’ve discussed this with doctors many times and was told it could be anxiety-related, and advised to take anxiety medication or see a psychologist. I want to understand what treatment or medicines could actually help, because these episodes keep recurring and are affecting my daily life.

My daughter has had her periods since 1.5 years. The initial 8 months she had them once in every 2 to 3 months, since the past 8 months it has more or less regularised. However this month she got her periods 1 week before time ( 30th Nov instead of 8th Dec ), the blood was brownish & the flow was very scanty for 1 week. Post that hee usual periods began starting 7th Dec... It's been almost 10 days that there is bleeding, began with spotting & then regular periods. She does not complain of any pain or discomfort but I am worried if this is normal during menarche?

Hello doctor I'm 31years old, married. I'm suffering from burning all over vulval region which was started 4days back. Burning aggravating if I'm doing douching with hot water. All day feeling like it's ok. But when I'm doing bath I will douch na. That time when I touch the skin there...I feel very sensitive and burning. Usually i clean with soap twice there. Started actually the day after protected intercourse. Im feeling very discomfort.

I experience a sharp, vibrating, “ringing” pain around the outer side of my left elbow, which feels nerve-like—almost like a zinging or buzzing sensation that travels through my arm. The pain occurs only during load-bearing or push-based movements, such as bench pressing or pressing the clutch of my motorcycle (Royal Enfield), which has a hard clutch. I don’t feel any pain during day-to-day activities. The discomfort is centered around the elbow and eases with rest. There’s no visible swelling, weakness, or numbness otherwise. What could be the possible cause of this pain, and which type of doctor should I consult for proper diagnosis and treatment?

I underwent a coronary angiogram to rule out stable angina.. I requested mild sedation due to anxiety, but it wasn’t given. My radial artery was very thin, requiring multiple puncture attempts, which caused discomfort. My heart rate rose from 84 to 110, and during contrast injection, a warm uneasy sensation triggered panic, raising it to 130–135. I asked to stop, but the procedure was completed somehow in 3-4 minutes.. I have been feeling embarrassed and upset about what happened in the Cath Lab. I’m finding it hard to fully appreciate my results and would like to know whether this elevated heart rate could have affected the accuracy of the results. I have been having burning sensation in chest and that goes to left hand. This is present for days and causing this discomfort. I have this problem from many years and many times ECG is done and it was normal. 8 months ago ECG and 2D echo were done and they were normal. Recently I got general health check done and it showed high cholestrol. Total cholestrol is 268 and LDL 194. HDL 36. Triglycerides are 189. Doctor gave me rosuvac 10mg for a month. And started on physical activity also. Please advise I had heart checkup done 8 months ago also and it was normal, this burning sensation in chest was there from almost 8 to 9 years. Please advise if that cholestrol medicine is sufficient with lifestyle changes. Thyroid profile is normal, hba1c is 5.4. Kft and Lft are also normal.

Respected Sir/Madam, I was experiencing mild chest discomfort and bloating so I went to a hospital in my vicinity. Doctor ordered ECG, 2D Echo and TMT. ECG and TMT came normal. Echo also came completely normal except Mild TR and Mild PAH part. Doctor is saying that there's nothing to worry but I'm really getting concerned about the Mild Pulmonary Artery Hypertension. Hello Doctor, 35M, history of anxiety. Initially had neck discomfort with mild dragging sensation in left arm and leg (strength normal), so MRI Brain Stroke Protocol + MRA done (both normal). All blood reports normal (Electrolytes normal, RBS 140). Vitamin D – 44, Vitamin B12 – 352. Neurologist prescribed Gabapin 100 mg for 10 days (no issues). Later switched to Gabapin NT 100 mg for headaches. I have been feeling mild dizziness/imbalance in the morning for a while but it has become worse now while walking, improves after rest. No weakness, speech, or vision issues. Could you please advise. Thanks.
