Persistent Dizziness
Hello Doctor, 35M, history of anxiety. Initially had neck discomfort with mild dragging sensation in left arm and leg (strength normal), so MRI Brain Stroke Protocol + MRA done (both normal). All blood reports normal (Electrolytes normal, RBS 140). Vitamin D – 44, Vitamin B12 – 352. Neurologist prescribed Gabapin 100 mg for 10 days (no issues). Later switched to Gabapin NT 100 mg for headaches. I have been feeling mild dizziness/imbalance in the morning for a while but it has become worse now while walking, improves after rest. No weakness, speech, or vision issues. Could you please advise. Thanks.
