Hlo, sir. I have some discomfort on my hip back. it's paning a lot i last 2 days I consult a doctor today it is general surgeon and laparoscopic surgeon He checks and puts a finger and some type of liquid in my back and chexk it he say it was a perianal abscess  it has some paning in my back area and  He has given me some 3 medicines for 7 days 1 Linox 600 mg tablets 2 oflomac oz 3 chymorol plus tablet all tablet 2 time in a day morning and night ND ALSO, tell me to do hot salt water compress on that area Plz tell me ..is that medicine is OK I'm confused it has to do with hot salt water or only hot water compress on my back plz anyone in here clear it

I am 31 years old. Undergoing treatment for hypothyroidism. 6 months postpartum delivered my baby vaginally. Managed everything pre post delivery stuff on my own with my husband's help. I do walk for 30 mins atleast on daily basis. I had no swelling on post delivery but for the first blood report and check-up with the doctor on three months postpartum. Hypothyroidism gets detected with low d vitamin and iron rest everything fine with morning sugar on the border. Now I am already on eltroxin 50mg and I did a blood test last week which shows the better readings for thyroid as compared to the first one. My family has no history of disease. Recently I have started feeling some discomfort on my upper thing swelling touching each other. And red patches one at a time which come and go. Is it because of thyroid?

I have hidradenitis suppurativa since 4years. I got a pustule near groin 6 days ago. After 2 days, it started draining. I have been dressing the wound 3 times a day by using mupirocin ointment and sterile gauze. There is no pus draining anymore. Only clear liquid along with some blood is oozing out. The wound is the size of a pea and is bright red in color. It is slight protruding out. Even after 5 days, the wound is oozing little bit and not healing completely. I'm facing discomfort while urinating as it stings a little bit. Please tell me what to do. I'm attaching a close-up of the wound for reference.

I am having back pain near my flank since a month. Which doesn't improve with painkiller since its more of a tense muscle or discomfort than actual pain. Yesterday entire day i had frequent urination. And my urine has a odour as well. I am outside India and scared if this is not treated for long it can cause more damage. I am not getting any appointments. Also every morning i wake up at 5am and i have to pee. I drink adequate water. What can I do at this point? Can i take precautionary antibiotics or what. I have cefpodem with me. I do get some chills and also some nausea too. And when i eat i fee like full early. Please help me. Also few months back when I pee'd i had cramping pain in the base of the penis. I mean where the scrotum and penis is connected to or originates from(under the pubic hair). I am too scared and not getting any appointments please help me out. What to do.

I've a pet cat who I adopted when he was about a week old over a year and half ago. He is healthy and active cat in all aspects but since his adoption he has never left the house or come in contact with any other animals . Problem is he accidentally bit my hand 2 days ago. There was very little bleeding and I disinfected my cut thoroughly, applied soframycin ointment and then a band-aid. The wound is almost completely healed and barely visible. I have no pains, aches or any discomfort. Now given the history of the cat and my, must I take a rabies injection? My rather paranoid relatives caused me to doubt myself. Please help me...I have mild abdominal cramps since last 3 days.I got my period on 12th of this month.I expected it on 15th but it is 3 days earlier this month.Since last 3 days ,i.e from tenth day of period,I have mild discomfort in lower abdomen near pelvic region.Had intercourse also on that day.Mild Pain still continued.Now since midnight,I have backpain also on and off.Iam not able to sleep now.I would go to gynaecologist and get physical consultation today but mean while please suggest me something to manage this pain..I haveeftal.spas and dolo tablets in home now.Sincere request. Muscle contraction Are they the symptoms of HIV? Am I'm infected with HIV? What could be the reasons based on symptoms?

I got Barrage laser done for my left eye on 21st July 2023. Since then, I feel that my left eye vision is a bit blurry. I visited the doctor again today for the same and they put some drops in my left eye and they said that the effect of this drop remains for around 2-3 hours. Its been more than 6 hours now, my left eye vision is blurred. It feels like there is a layer of something on the pupil of my left eye. When I wear my specs and use mobile, it is even worse. It is very discomforting. My left eye vision is -2.50 and right eye vision is -2.75. The feeling is like having eye booger in the left eye.
