My skin has always been extremely dry, often causing peeling at various places despite regular application of various moisturizing creams. But lately, this condition has spread to my lips as well. My lips are now dry and chapped all the time, and the skin on and around the lip area keeps peeling. I have to apply Vaseline, or Boroline almost every hour without which my lips dry out immediately and causes extreme discomfort. Moreover, the dryness has also darkened my lips which is quite embarrassing. Kindly advise if this is due to some underlying condition and what remedial action can be taken.

Presented to ED referral from GP and on call gyn/ob, 5.7cm cyst on left ovary ovary 52ml. CA 125 FINE CAE fine Pregnancy Fine presented worsening pain & back discomfort Discharged oral analgesia . my cyst was 5.2. And now has a small mural nodule? What's this and do I have a high risk of Adnexal torsion? Still scared I have cancer as both sides of family have had. May have poly cystic ovary disease 12 follicles right ovary scared 17. I have been experiencing relapsing fever for past 6 months. Usually within a gap of 11-15 days. Typical discomfort experienced during fever is heaviness in the skull especially the back side, post nasal drip (not always), body ache, sudden twinge in random part of the body, general fatigue. Temperature sores up to 103.5°F. A single episode of fever continues for around a week to a fortnight. Blood tests for malaria, typhoid, dengue, etc etc suggest nothing. ESR is normal but HsCRP is high.

Its almost a week since I feel something is wrong with my penis. I used to masturbate daily, but since one week , I have noticed that my penis has gone limp, and I am getting very weak erections /  trouble having an erection. Also when in the morning when I go to poop, my penis shrinks and so does my testicles and they become completely flat. I am able to urinate without pain or discomfort. Sometimes I feel I also have dry mouth, even if I am drinking 2-3 litres of water. I have quit smoking cigarettes since the last 10-12 days, I used to smoke 4-6 cigarettes a day from the last 5-6 months. When I tried to masturbate yesterday, I got a very weak erection, and suffered premature ejaculation, without getting a full erection. My penis has become flacid, I have no sexual partner. Please help me. I am very worried about my potency and stressed about this undesirable situation. Can this be cured?

Good morning mam,i'm 39+5 day s pregnant i've been having trouble with my Bowel movement as it became irregular (once every second day)stayed the same even after change of diet to more fibre and more water and even lemon/orange juice. Also for the last couple weeks(about 3weeks) i have lower back and abdominal pain that goes from discomfort to sharp pain very fast it comes and goes with pelvic pain that shoots in to legs....what can i do ?can i drink a teaspoon of castor oil to relax the bowel

My son is 12yrs old. His penis is jus not there. Micro. Attached to scrotum. I can feel it..but deep inside. Only skin is hanging outside. Im dead worried. Hi I have enlarge spleen since 1.5 years, my spleen size is 12.2 cm. I have problems like Heavy pain in spleen area but pain is kind of muscular pain it's pains when I move, stomach get full after eating less, discomfort in upeer right and left abdomen. I am 48 year old woman. I experience chest pain radiating back one month ago. And jaw pain when went up hills. I have no bp sugar. Hi my last period was 16/11/17 I did my IUI on 28/11/17 I took pregnancy test at home after 14 days of IUI it came negative ..I had leg cramp,abdominal and lower back discomfort,bloating.on 17th day I travel to hospital by bus when I check there it was negative again I came back home by bus that Eve I have mild bleeding and today heavy flow but I could see some blood clots and once is saw a pink and brown mix clot I am really worried whether it my regular period or it's a early miscarrige..
