I am getting constipation for almost 4 years and severe back pain in lower right side which worsens if I masturbate. I am also getting pus, bloody stools, difficulty in starting urination, gas problems and sometimes semen in urine followed by pain in penis. There's a burning sensation inside anus and also feeling pain in scrotum. There's always cramps in back after I wake up. Also every night I wake up at sometime and there's an urgency to urinate and I become hungry at that time even after a heavy diet at night. I have stopped masturbation but I am going through wet dreams or nocturnal emissions every 2nd day andy body weakens after it. the pain in the lower right back is very discomforting.

Hi. I am 23 and i never done masturbation. All i just had is wet dreams till now and then eject.While everyone out there seems to be doing like a hobby. I had been facing urine infection issue since a year and have taken antibiotic for the same however the infection has become quite often . My urine test shows mild infection but the I suppose it's due to delay in the urine sample given by me . I also get pain in my lower stomach n the symptoms are of kidney stone but after showing the doctors they say thers no such issue . But my pain is constant . My kidney test is fine too . I m worried if my doctors are too lenient or are unable to find the root cause . Now I had infection and this time for the 1st time ever I have very bad virginal discomfort n itchiness . Please advice a medicine to apply .

Hi Dr, my B12 level is 220. Is it really low? I have shoulder pain, hand pain, leg pain and discomfort in balance when I turn my head either of the side. All blood test and brain, spinal cord mri are normal. I was too worried about Parkinson’s so I visited the movement disorder specialist just by looking at me he said to visit psychiatrist. But I did not visit any psychiatrist. It's been 8 months now nothing has changed nor symptoms are increasing nor decreasing. But three weeks back my thumb started twitching I was completely made my self assured that I got parkinson's. But after one day it stopped twitching. Till now twitching has not come back. If I visit neurologist then again he will ask me to meet the psychiatrist. What is your opinion. I am too worried

Hello Doctor I have been experiencing digestive symptoms for about 1 month. - I developed constipation about a month ago. I usually pass stool daily, sometimes 2–3 times a day, but I often feel I need to wait several minutes before passing stool like 10 min. - The day before yesterday, when I was feeling significant constipation, I had to put pressure while passing stool and noticed a small amount of  blood. Since then, there has been no further bleeding. - I have frequent burping and a feeling of heaviness in the epigastric region throughout the day. - I experience random brief teasing/twinge-like pains on the right side of my abdomen that come and go. - I feel nausea too sometimes. - I also experience low energy, fatigue, and a heavy-headed feeling, which tends to become more noticeable when I have significant gas or abdominal discomfort. What do I do further?

I have been experiencing pain inside my throat, especially when I eat or swallow food. The pain started recently and seems to become more noticeable during meals. It feels like something is irritating the inside of my throat, making swallowing uncomfortable. Drinking water is slightly easier, but eating solid foods causes more pain. Now anus is feel good with coconut oil and stopped harsh cleaning .

Hello Doctor, My son is 11 years and 5 months old. He is 146 cm tall and weighs 42 kg. He has developed thick, noticeable pubic hair above the penis, but there is no visible underarm or facial hair yet. This morning, he noticed a whitish fluid-like discharge from his penis and had mild discomfort in the genital area. Could this be a normal part of puberty, or could there be another cause that needs evaluation? Also, I have not noticed a significant growth spurt recently. His height gain over the past couple of years seems slower than before. Could his pubertal development be progressing normally despite the absence of a rapid growth spurt?
