Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

So i was being treated for stomach discomfort(mostly nauseous feeling and hunger type pain). This was started after i was prescribed amoxyclav for 5 days, since then i have been facing such symptoms also light yellowish mushy stool as well. So initially I consulted a practo doctor, he prescribed me with esomac, esomac d and econorm for 1 week, it reduced the pain but still sometimes i feel nauseous and weird type feeing. So today i went to a local doctor, he prescribed me with rifaximin 550, but i read that it creates a irreversible change in gut bacteria, is that true? Sorry i read another patient's post here on practo hence i got the query.. Please help me, rifaximin has been prescribed for 5 days, twice a day.. so what should i do? Should I go ahead with that or not... and what will be the side effects?

Since 1 day,I have been suffering from  continuous (hard dysentery & stomach ache & tightness ) It makes me discomfort..I used "Eldo par" tablet but it doesn't work for hard dysentery. I have taken ("Gelusil") too,it gives some relief from (stomach tightness & stomach ache) Last time I used for O cebron Oz for loose motions,I worked well 1) can in continue that cebron Oz for my continuous hard stool problem since 1day?? Does it works Please suggest me and give me your valuable answers

Hi, I'm 40 and I have been constantly having irritation around the vagina vulva region, mostly in the labia.i have tested for uti, done cbc haemogram etc all normal.hba1c is 6. Showed to a gynec who has given me surfaz ointment. But it's not helping. The irritation is more like burning due to heat. I'm not sure how to explain. The gynec has also done a physical check and it's all normal except that it's dry. Could this be a symptom of menopause or heat related? I sit for about 6 hrs but I do take breaks in between. I'm not sexually active either. Please suggest what this could be as it's causing anxiety and discomfort. I have a cyst between my anal and vaginal area. It's not an Abscess just mild swelling for which i have taken antibiotics and sitz bath. It does not bother me though. It's just there. Could there be a connection. Please let me know. Thank you

Hello, I was a covid patient in the month of April and got recovered in the month of May. I was having mild symptoms. Since 4-5 days my stomach was full tight even the toilet were not clear and was having acidity . Taken rantac 150mg and since yesterday the stomach is now normal . But I am having pain in the left side and in the middle of the chest. Don't know it's due to gas or something else. I have measured on oxymetr spo2 level is 97 98 and heart is 68-90 Issues Mild pain and discomfort in left chest and shoulder and middle bone of the chest Acidity Frequently urination in a gap of 1 hour. I have done the blood test for sugar thyroid vitamin d calcium platelet etc all reports are normal. Please suggest something to get rid of this pain and this is due to gas or something else

Nearly 8 Month back i have sore throat and some discomfort in my throat i visited lot of doctors they gave different antibiotics and vitamins..no improve then 4 month back i visited gastro doctor may be due to reflc i have heard water sound in stomach immediate farting so gave some ppi... My stomach problem being sone control but my tongue still irtitating ... Ond day i feel burning itching and another day feel jaw irritation Some day blisters on roof of my mouth and swelling feeling on soft palate area and tongue..i Please what is the next step what test i have to take..my mouth and tongue always irritating

Hi Doctors, Since 60 days I am having gastric problem. Now not using medicine, changed food habits and having 4 to 5 litres of water one time meal night fruit. Time to time eating. Gastric is under control since 9 days. But today's had groundnut juice at 8 as daily and want out. Had no water upto  2:00 pm and no meal,  after having water , breathing discomfort and sweat starred. I'm traveling in car so very problematic. Had three bananas felt little ok.   After coming to home checked breathing can stop my breathing upto 50 second. How many days it will take to recover..?

Hello doc Cizapride was withdrawn from market in few countries as it causes fatal heart arythmias. Will cintapride also cause the same side effect? Or its a safe combination. Which one is best and safest for indigestion. 1. pantoprazole+cintapride                       Or 2. Pantoprazole+domperidone Also i want to know that if person has food poisoning and there is no vomiting or diarrehea , but there is abdominal discomfort...sensation of very mild cramping intermittently..as if muscles are contracting and relaxing and stomach is trying to push food forward, will sporolac (lactobacillus) be helpful to fight bad bacteria? What should i take for food poisoning without any vomiting or diarrhea. I am only have mild spasms looks like..i cant even say that i am having proper stomach cramp. Its like some weird sensations in stomach..thats it. It all started one day after having chaat which had chutneys and curd.

Sir/ma'am I have a lump near my anus , below testicles region. Earlier I had a cyst like thing in this region, it got burst and cured , took antibiotics as per doc. advice. Sir I don't have any pain or discomfort but I feel it's like filled with something semi solid in nature. I pressed it very hard and had few red blood drops coming from anal opening ( 2-3 drops) it got me worried. I have no constipation or loose motion. I am suffering from stomach problem last 5-6 days. Yesterday i eat junk food. Today i am feeling discomfort stomach,  Gas, nausea, mild stomach burning, body ache and pain, eyes pain, feeling sleepy  and oral temperature 100°F. And forehead temperature 97.5F. No cough or cold. I was covid positive 3 months before with ct value 16 and hrct value zero. What is issue? Pls. Reply.

My chest feels heavy and that causes discomfort. I came COVID positive and its been 2 months now. I had palpitations for which I'm taking Corbis 2.5. I did all the tests like ECG, ECHO, D-dimer, BNP, MYO, CK-MB and TNI, all was normal. I also did PFT test and chest X ray which was also normal. History :- No Alcohol, No smoking. I am taking Liv52 and Evion 400 as my SGPT and SGOT levels were slightly high. Why is this heaviness and what to do now? Will it go with time or should I do something more?
