I am suffering from Oral Lichen planus from last 2.8 Years in side cheeks of mouth. I consulted 2 Skin Specialist they suggested Tess, Tosti(Triamicilone Acetonide) creams with Betnesol(bethamethasone) tabs (mix with water and used as mouth wash). After 1 year Dr recommended Medrol 16MG(Methylprednisolone) with Tantum mouth wash  due to severe burning while eating food. From last 1 week i am feeling cheeks sensitivity, some discomfortness. As per his latest recommendation it will be curable with Cyclosporine mouthwash. Earlier I was thinking it was too much cost(as per Dr. around 5000Rs). From last 1 week i am feeling cheeks sensitivity and having some discomfortness. I want to use Cyclosporine(first immunosuppressant that acted selectively to suppress T-cell immunity)  if it's work better. And I read in Google, Lichen planus has been treating effectively using Diode laser. Now black/darn brown and little white lines are there. Please suggest which is good one.

I am 2 years 10 months postpartum. I am facing Anal Pressure (which increased with strength training / reduced fiber intake) I am sure its not vaginal prolapse or something related to vagina. It is exactly towards anal region. Also i have bloating / extreme uneasiness in abdomen area by the end of the day when i exert too much I held my baby in arms for good months (even now he has habit of same) So that pressure also adds to my abdomen discomfort Now i have stopped strength training and increased fiber intake but the pressure stays. Experiencing fullness indigeation for last 3-4 months. It gets worse with beer. Apettite geta reduced. At times when home cooked meal is eaten no alcholo everythibg seems okay. But resuming beer causes burning, heavinezs, discomfort reduced apettite and alight pain in middle of stomach. Additionally i have chronic constipation aince years . Exposure history: Did something stupid.. Got a body to body Massage and hand job in May 1st week 2026. No penetrative vaginal/anal sex and no oral sex. I tested negative for sti after stopping the antibiotics for 15days ( held urine for 2 hours.. and then gave the first catch sample).. Will antibiotics have affect on the pcr urine test?

Hello Doctor I have been experiencing digestive symptoms for about 1 month. - I developed constipation about a month ago. I usually pass stool daily, sometimes 2–3 times a day, but I often feel I need to wait several minutes before passing stool like 10 min. - The day before yesterday, when I was feeling significant constipation, I had to put pressure while passing stool and noticed a small amount of  blood. Since then, there has been no further bleeding. - I have frequent burping and a feeling of heaviness in the epigastric region throughout the day. - I experience random brief teasing/twinge-like pains on the right side of my abdomen that come and go. - I feel nausea too sometimes. - I also experience low energy, fatigue, and a heavy-headed feeling, which tends to become more noticeable when I have significant gas or abdominal discomfort. What do I do further?

I have been experiencing pain inside my throat, especially when I eat or swallow food. The pain started recently and seems to become more noticeable during meals. It feels like something is irritating the inside of my throat, making swallowing uncomfortable. Drinking water is slightly easier, but eating solid foods causes more pain. I do not know whether it is due to an infection, inflammation, or another problem. I would like to have my throat examined to identify the cause of the pain. Now anus is feel good with coconut oil and stopped harsh cleaning .

Hello Doctor, My son is 11 years and 5 months old. He is 146 cm tall and weighs 42 kg. He has developed thick, noticeable pubic hair above the penis, but there is no visible underarm or facial hair yet. This morning, he noticed a whitish fluid-like discharge from his penis and had mild discomfort in the genital area. Could this be a normal part of puberty, or could there be another cause that needs evaluation? Also, I have not noticed a significant growth spurt recently. His height gain over the past couple of years seems slower than before. Could his pubertal development be progressing normally despite the absence of a rapid growth spurt? Please advise whether this is expected during puberty and if any examination or investigations are needed. Thank you.
