I am from VSLSAD, Gujarat. I have been having burning sensation in the vaginal opening for the last one year and it persists all the time. Sometimes there is burning and itching in the labia and I feel a lot of discomfort. I consulted a gynaecologist. He said everything is normal but I have problem in sitting also. Sometimes the burning sensation is more or less but it occurs all the time. I consulted a dermatologist also and he said everything is normal. All my reports are normal and the vaginal swab report is also normal. Is this vulvodynia or something else? Please if there is any gynaec nearby who can help me, please suggest me something.

Hi Doctor, I think i noticed anal warts around my circumference half a month ago. The physical symptoms are not severe, but the condition is causing ongoing mental stress and discomfort, and I want to address it properly before it gets worse. History of CNS TB & Hydrocephalus, taken ATT for 3 yrs with Prednisone and gabapentin. My belly is getting bigger, no pain or discomfort, no exercise and diet is helping. Abdominal ultrasound, LFT, TSH and Blood sugar are normal. Iam having Neurogenic bladder and Neurogenic bowel also. Today my doctor said my big belly is also because of nerve damage as all reports are fine. Please give suggestion.

Hi Doctors, I’ve completed the prescribed course and I’m feeling much better — the pain has reduced significantly, but there’s still around 10% discomfort, especially in the buttock muscle area. Also, I noticed that some of the medicines seem to be generic brands. Could you please suggest standard or branded alternatives for better effectiveness? Thank you for your time and guidance. Respected doctor, Please check this AT/ oblique  xray of the right foot and see if there is any issue in the big toe. On 22nd, September - blunt force trauma happened to the big toe. Now, there is no swelling, no pain but only minor discomfort upon bending the toe downward at the main joint point, there is a kind of stiffness as if some nerve is stuck or getting pulled excessively.

I received a painkiller injection on 5th September. Since then, I have been experiencing soreness and discomfort at the injection site. Initially, I thought it was normal post-injection pain, but even after more than a week, the area still feels sore and uncomfortable, I am having trouble in moving my hand and it's stiff like a rock. I am concerned because I expected the soreness to reduce by now.
