Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

From the last 2-3 days i am having stomach discomfortness such gas trouble, burping and gas passage. Today i went for checkup it shows spo2 normal but pulse rate is around 120-121. The doctor prescribed crp and cbc. Which all are normal crp is 0.50 mg/dL. Internal fever was there but taken calpol 500. Now i am okay. I want to know that whether this high pulse rate is due to heart disease or problem. I underwent ECG and TMT on Feb-2021 for chest pain and there also reports are normal. Doctor suggest it as acidity. From that day and till before 3 daysall was normal. But from the last 3 days i am having stomach gas and discomfortness. But this high pulse is causing me anxious. Most of the blood reports are normal. Then how can pulse increases. ECG and TMT done on FEB-2021 is attached. Please guide me.

I am male age 27 suffering urinary problem since 2-3 year.. frequent urination and sometimes urgency..pressure and discomfort in penis region and burning sensation in penis...bloating of stomach and pressure and tenderness below belly button sometimes tight jeans cause difficulty..pressure and discomfort increases when bladder filling and feels better and relaxes after bladder emptying...pressure in penis region when more urine is in bladder and pressure reduces and feels better after urination then after sometime after 1 hour same pressure and disconfort increases and feels relax after urinate..everything is ok but i cant hold urine for long time like during exam time and when i go to market i find toilet to urinate and feels relaxes and normal after urination..urinalysis and ultrasound report is normal and urine flow is also good no bactaria found in urine reports are normal...i want to know which disease i am suffering suggest disease name and what should i do to treat this problem

Had dry throat for 6 days then started to get sore throat pain consulted physician diagnosed with pharyngitis took Augmentin 625 for 5 days. While taking this tablet I felt something coming down from my throat like food stuck and coming down. Throat pain was little better after taking tablet but the antibiotic has caused bloating, nausea and slight diarrhoea in me. I still had discomfort and felt like not completely cured throat pain so checked with ENT. ENT said I have mild granular pharyngitis and GERD, gave me geliusil and panstone dsr as prescription for 5 days. Does this throat pain really because of acidity? Do I need to do any other test? Will this throat discomfort go if I take acidity medicine. I don't drink or smoke, not obsese too, I am confused and worried please advice?

So recently, i start having discomfort around lower my left side i.e just between waist and left thigh. Now this discomfort and different kind of mild pain was first felt on left upper side of thigh.It wasn't easy to lie down on bed and sleep. Then next morning it felt a little better then I noticed that some movement and postures on laying on bed such as lying all weight side of body on bed increases its intensity a bit. Still I won't call it severe. But now i feel most on the inner line area that is close to my inner thigh and testicles. I also would like to mention that I did 2 random squats 1-2 days before this happened.And I don't workout.I am overweight. Also, I mentioned chronic epididymitis because in 2018 I had sexual encounter with someone which gave me anxiety because I didn't use protection at last moment.Though she did say she has nothing when I called her. After 6 months, I went for hiv test which was negative. I didn't have any symptoms like bleeding or burning in urine

Hi Dr plz help me I'm very disturbed due to lack of sleep even though i dont sleep in daytime.. last night i hardly slept was waking up every 1-2 hours without a reason.. first time i woke up with stomach discomfort had bowel movement and again after an hour wake up for pee, Again after 1-2 hour without a reason.. when i wake up i know i can't fall asleep it is very difficult again, I have acidity problem but taking pills No BP or sugar both are normal.. my lifestyle is moderately active 4-5 days a week i jog for 40 mins a day, Even some times i get anxiety attacks in a day time i had chest discomfort and all heart symptoms, visited to doctor he said to do ecg, echo & tmt tests i did and they are normal.. But the sleep problem still persist😪 I'm very much disturbed plz plz help me..

Hi Doctor, I am a 32 year old women, 5.2 ft, 72 kg. For past 2 months I have been a dull pain in my chest and left hand up till my fingers. The pain isn't constant, at times it's for few minutes or hours. And there is discomfort in chest at times feels like a burp is stuck or a pinching like pain. There isn't any pattern that I have observed. Sometimes I also feel LITTLE better after passing air or burping but not always. Frequency of burping is gone high in last two months. After consulting a doctor I have done my ECG, 2DEcho, NT Pro BNP and Chest Xray which is all normal. My blood sugar is normal but my B12 is low. Doctor has suggested me to do a stress test and asked me to take Ecosprin AV 75 and Aisa. What could be the possible reason for this discomfort?

From about 2 months, i have discomfort in my groin and testicle area. Initially occasional mild pain near my testicles . so i went to the doctor. After a physical examination, he said i have an infection in my prostrate and that it is enlarged. so he gave me medication for 2 weeks. I finished those and waited out for another 2 weeks. conditions got worse. i started finding it difficult to urinate. basically to start the urine stream. and also extremely difficult to pass the motion. i went to the doctor again, and wrote me more antibiotics for another 20 days. I felt better while i was on medication. now i finished those now couple of days ago. And the mild pain and discomfort, difficulty to start urinating, difficulty to pass motion, all of it seems to be coming back. and also pain in the muscles of my lower stomach now. From what i know, this seems to be a case of CHRONIC PROSTATITS, and i look up on the internet only to find out that there is no definite cure for this. I'm worried

I am feeling restless, lifeless in arms and legs (more on left side) discomfort under the breast, low appetite and nauseatic for last 3 days. Had Hepatitis A on 5 July with SGPT - 1520 and SGOT-705 and total bilirubin 1.3. Took heptral + monocef+ udiliv. Recovered in 7 days. We got to know there are gall stones, GB is contracted and GB is thick walled. MRCP done. No stone in CBD. After Hepatitis, I had low grade fever continuing for about 10 days and then the same was irratic ( only in evenings) Urine culture test showed "Klebsiella pneumoniae" for which am taking LOXOF 500mg OD for last 4 days. BP is 96/63 (always have low BP) and Sugar random is 93 Please help me to know what is the cause of this discomfort and can we delay the GB removal for a month by taking some medicines.

Hello, I have been suffering from digestive issues for a lot of years. There is a general discomfort in the right side of my abdomen. This involves radiating pain that in bad cases shoots up till my thigh and also testicle. However, I notice that followed by this discomfort, I more often than not, need to pass gas. The entire pain disappears or reduces drastically. Recently I had a terrible stomach ulcer (I presume). I ingested a raw green chili which immediately felt like my food pipe and inner stomach had burnt. Ever since then, the above mentioned issue has aggravated many fold. I cannot sit because the pain shoots though my leg and testicle.. passing gas relieves the pain.. standing and walking reduces it. There is a pain radiating from my right lower back to front abdomen sometimes. Could you kindly guide me here. diet involves chapattis, parboiled rice 80% of the time, else white rice, lentils. stir fried vegetables. Chicken, fish. drink water moderately. irregular fruits.

I am an 18 year old female who is suffering from some discomfort in my urinary tract. In the middle of February I started having sensations of incomplete and frequent peeing going to the toilet more often than normal. I consumed a herbal Ayurvedic syrup for a few days and my discomfort stopped. The same problem started again in the month of March and April. I find that whenever I release vaginal fluids such as during menstruation or ovulation these urinary symptoms come again. In May I started to take antibiotic for the first time but it did not work and then I switched to taking cranberry and D mannose capsules. It worked to some extent as I could sleep reasonably well at night without having to urgently pee all the time. But when my periods started the symptoms are worse with more frequent and incomplete voiding. I have NO pain nor have I experienced bleeding. My urine is a healthy pale yellow color as I drink lot of water but the peeing is frequent and incomplete.
