I approached Clove Dental for complaint of tooth ache in 4,5 on the upper right teeth. They suggested RCT in both which has been done repeatedly. Now with and without the caps, the pain has increased. After so much efforts to continuously inform my increasing discomfort to Clove, they have asked me to get the CBCT done of the RCT treated teeth. Is it advisable n clinically necessary? Please let me know the next steps of treatment.

For the past one month I am facing stomach issues, usually it is accompanied by mild abdominal discomfort(sometimes), gas and acidity. Bowel movements are usually 2-3 times a day but sometimes goes to 4-5. Stool is usually watery and broken and does not look healthy or normal. Sometimes it itches during bowel movements. I cannot have rich or spicy food since I feel it will add to the problem. Please help. Thank you in advance

Hello Doc, I've cold and a discomfort/clearing sensation in throat. Also I've slight neck pain and a slight head ache too at the back and sides of my head. I do NOT have fever, cough or vomiting. But I feel tired and at times my shoulders and arms pain too. Also,I'm pretty addicted to Internet and always sit with my iPad without any support to my back and my neck bent forward. Could this be the possible causes for neck pain?

Hi I am experiencing pain over my knee when I bent my leg more than 90 degree, plz note that I hit gym regularly and just a day before onset of pain I trained my legs, did weighted squats and leg press followed by weighted lunges, please also note that there is no or negligible discomfort in walking or running

My 15-week-old baby received her routine vaccinations today, including the oral rotavirus vaccine. She already has silent reflux/possible GERD symptoms. After vaccination, she became much more uncomfortable, restless, and refluxy (severe regurgitation even when held upright, coughing) than usual. She seems unsettled after feeds and is having difficulty sleeping comfortably. I also gave Domstal (domperidone) at night for reflux symptoms. Wanted pediatric advice on: 1. Can the rotavirus vaccine temporarily worsen reflux, gas, or stomach discomfort in reflux babies? 2. Is increased fussiness/restlessness common after the vaccine in babies with silent reflux? 3. What symptoms would require urgent medical evaluation versus normal post-vaccine discomfort?

Hello Doctor, About three months ago, I started experiencing throat discomfort with a lump-like feeling and mouth ulcers/irritation. I first consulted an ENT specialist, who prescribed antibiotics and anti-allergy medicines, but my symptoms did not improve and in fact became worse. On a follow-up, he suspected GERD and gave me basic gastric medicines. Later, I consulted a gastroenterologist who prescribed acid-reducing tablets twice daily. While I had some temporary relief, my symptoms returned after stopping the medication. At present, whenever I eat spicy or hot food, I experience significant throat irritation and discomfort. Last month, I underwent an endoscopy which showed a lax LES. I would like to know if this could be the cause of my throat lump sensation and irritation. Every morning I also wake up with throat burning, and at times notice blood-stained sputum. Kindly advise further. I have attached my endoscopy report for your review.

Hello Doctor, I am 25 years old and currently living in Hyderabad. For the past few months, I have been facing several health issues such as a weak immune system, chest discomfort that feels like heart pain, digestive problems, brain fog, memory difficulties, and trouble expressing myself clearly. After thinking carefully, I realized that these problems may have started after I mistakenly consumed expired flaxseed oil. Around three years ago, I had purchased 3 liters of flaxseed oil, but most of it remained unused and expired. A few months ago, while refilling my oil bottle, my mother accidentally used the old, expired oil. Without realizing it, I consumed about 1 liter of it over the past three months. Please help me,  what kind of test should be done, I'm student doesn't have much money, so provide a less cost treatmen

Need your advice. Internet is confusing. Some articles say FISTULETOMY is a complex procedure and takes longer time for the wound to heal, whereas some other articles say the wound will heal within 4-6 weeks. I had a simple fistuletomy surgery along with lateral internal sphincterotomy about 2 months back where a tunnel of 2cm was removed. Even after 2 months, i feel discomfort and mild ignorable pain. My wound is not completely healed as i have thyroid based constipation, so i occasionally have hard bowel movements, which cause bleeding. I had bleeding during bowel movement 4 days back. My doctor says the surgical wound has almost healed. Is this bleeding the reason why i have discomfort and mild pain? Does occasional bleeding cause delay in wound healing?

For the past six months, my 68-year-old mother has been taking bhringrajasava everyday after lunch (20ml daily mixed with an equal quantity of water) and recently, she had blood tests for peripheral neuropathy, and the results showed that her blood sugar (FBS, ppbs) was slightly increased for the first time ever. The doctor concluded that this raised blood sugar was the cause of her neuropathy. My mother started using this syrup to prevent stomach/lever discomfort brought on by the TB treatment she was receiving at the time, which is now complete.  She is now taking a number of bp, sugar and neuropathy medications and in order to prevent stomach discomfort caused by taking all of these medications at once, as well as potential side effects, she has been using bhringrajasava 20ml everyday for the last month. The question I have here is if everyday bhringrajasava consuming would raise blood sugar? Which ayurveda medication is the finest and has no side effects to prevent stomach upset?
