I've been experiencing gastrointestinal symptoms for over 40 plus days. summary:I pass stool 2-3 times a day, with the initial 1-2 pieces being hard and having blood on the sides, followed by soft stool. I've consulted two doctors, and they suggested it might be due to intestinal inflammation- I took prescribed medicines and antibiotic injections, which initially reduced the bleeding- My last doctor recommended increasing fiber intake, eating papaya, and drinking more water, and said my CBC and ultrasound reports were normal.(Report attached) Despite following the advice, I'm still experiencing-Blood in my stool- Discomfort on my right side (below chest and abdomen)- I lost my weight also 6-7kgs Given that my Cbc & ultrasound reports are normal, I'd like to understand: - Why am I still seeing blood in my stool? - What could be causing the discomfort on my right side? I've been following a healthy diet and lifestyle.so I'm concerned about the persistent symptoms.

My butt pains (especially at lower part of my tail bone)when I sit for a while on chair/sofa. Im able to walk,play badminton without any discomfort. On checkup with spine doctor, discovered there is broken bone around my bum .please view x ray attached for better understanding. And also underwent procedure-fluoroscopy guided nerve block under the same doctor's guidance.(coccydynia) For 3 months I didn't feel any discomfort and was pain free and advised to use ring cushion After 3 months ,now it has again reappeared. Again on consultant with doctor for pain reoccurring : doctor suggested surgery but not urgent .i was told to take a call on it. Second opinion with orthopaedic doctor says : broken bone can be removed but it's not really necessary and pain in my butt is not related to broken bone.told to avoid sitting for long time gave me tab etoshine 120 mg 10 tab . I still feel the pain at my tail bone .need your advice to overcome the pain.

Hello As per regular checkup my cbc report result as below. However I have stomach discomfort in left upper abdominal which goes more discomfort after eating. Did altrasound, fibroscan 4 month back it was normal then doctor says I have gluten allergies so I completely avoided wheat Roti and others things but I didn't get any relief then did endoscopy and it was also clear . Now again I did below cbc and pancreatic blood test pancreatic and LFT  blood test is normal . My 2 days back CBC report says TLC - 4020 Neutrophils- 33.5 Lymphocytes - 50.2 Monocytes- 11.9 Platelets-89K RBC - 4.89 Hemoglobin- 14.8 I have many warts ( papilloma) in my neck and armpit since many years. Pls not since year my cbc report always show Neutrophils little low lymphocytes little increase and platelets always shows between 1.20 lacs to 1.35 lacs and this time showing 89k as above mentioned. Kindly suggest  .. should I worry for anything Pls help to answer.  🙏

After extraction of wisdom tooth. Almost six happen right side causing horrible ear ache to jaw totally pain and swelling. Near opening and closing mouth point having more pain and discomfort. Inside jaw some thing is effecting clicking sound and Jaw pulling and dragging sensation. Still could not able chew and even little bit spicy also causing pain and discomfort. Actually that site having pressure on ears and headaches too. Actually if I am considering oral and maxillofacial surgeon is telling that there is no problem with teeth. Tmj is not my specialty. Said to consider ent surgeon only. Present any precautions should follow. I am trying all home remedies while watching YouTube videos. Apply hot pack too. Suggest any treatments

Im seizure patient and have been taking seizure medicine, Clobazam and Lacosamide , I was vaccinated around 16 days ago vaccine was killed Inactivated , but after 7 days layer suddenly I felt something electric shock sensation from head to heart and spreaded whole body and so much difficulty.  And then started same difficulty and discomfort daily. Now I feels tingling sensation at right and back part of head and that spread to whole body and feels like my hand and legs muscles are being tighten, some kind of unexplainable sensation and so much discomfort at head, sweating on forehead, something smell of chemical and medicine while are not there,  burning and tingling sensation on hand and head, feeling dizziness, no appetite, nausea while eating, confusion, some time not able to coordinator, blur vision, all the symptand difficulty remain till the 10 to 15 minute and slowly disappear and again same happen time to time, I did MRI SCAN and EEG test but nothing found.

I m suffering from discomfort and uneasyness since last 45 days.. had done many blood reports but all came to be normal. but then i was advised to go for abdominal CT scan and then the results came up with 3 conclusion; 1.heptomegally with fat infiltration ( Grade 1) 2.few diverticuli arising from the cacum. No evident changed in diverticuli/perforation. 3.few subcentric lymph nodes in the mesenteric areapredominantely in right Iilac region. Apart from this i also have Diabetes and High Blood Pressure, both are perfectly in control and never had any discomfort because of  these condition in past. But now as soon as after having my meal my condition gets detoriated.and i feel high heart rate, light headedness and i feel that i will collapse. All my Ecg, Echo, and Tmt came out to be normal. I m really tensed because of this and want a permanent or atleast relieving treatment of this. Medication:- Nexpro IT - 1 in a day Telpress 40 for bp Cefolac 200 ;  0-1-1( since last two days)

As soon I get up from bed burping starts and it is in frequent intervals even if I drink water, walk a little etc. In endoscopy they mentioned as LES is loosen(No H. Pylori). But the barium swallow test show these is no reflex. On investing blood test they found out that Vitamin B12 and D deficiency.. My doc said suggested 6 week nirobioun forte injection 2ML and 8 weeks Micro D3 tablet. I want to check for second opinion here. Will the burping stops after this ?? Some time due to acid regurgitation burping will struck near chest area and feels a lots of discomfort to throat n feels like shortness of breath. Some time a pain in right n left chest. Is there any medicine which can ease this discomfort ?? Is All because of vitamin deficiency, the numbness in legs, back, neck and upper thigh n light headache also there.
