Thanks again doc. He's the only Urologist here. Kindly please please reply this I'm stressed. Local sonography centre does trus prostate? My symptoms are. . Occasional bladder area to penis warmness( little burning) when bladder is full. A little discomfort pain when initiate urine ( not during whole urination process) Burning is only there if urine after long time or sleep. Feels muscles not relaxed fully before urine...and if I give little pressure then no pain. I'm having discomfort when I press right testis. Otherwise no pain but it's different from left testis. Can it be related to it? Will this urine issues affect my future ( fertility problems?) I'm having occasional ejaculation burning too. Some semen remains in urethra and feels motion under penis or perineum area after ejaculation. Semen is thick jelly type too. I'm not sexually active. I have attached doctors priscription and latest report.

How testicles torsion pain will be? Is it pain near testes or cords? Does it swell like hydrocele? Do pains little in time periods? Or continuous pain? What if untreated will patient dies ? Please tell me about TT is pictured testicles is torsion? Pain is in interval and does pain more or just discomfort in pipe/nerve which attached to testicles basically which hangs left and right testicles feels like variocele pressure in groin and lower stomach which is has lump as from the pic my testicles looks normal size? But it has some pain and discomfort urine is clear and semen is also clear but whilr sleeping some tight pressure on both side of testicles near canal and which hangs pl tell me what's wrong is it torsion or variocele or cancer?

Sir I am suffering from chest discomfort, irritating last one year after cyst removal surgeryand some time uppr back pain shoulder pain stomach burning body shaking feel, head discomfort and also I have gastric problem . Gas will pass feeling in the chest. On Jan 2020 and Jun 2020 I have checked ecg echo tmt thyroid lipid sugar electrolyte tropinin I and t and all the reports were normal. Recently I have done endoscopy and blood report again I have gerd problem and vitamin b12 and D dificency for that I have taken treatment last two months. I am too much worry when symptoms come. And feel more Anixty. Please reply should I check heart related check up again. Last ecg says sinus arrthyamia with sinus bradycardia. My heart beat on resting before meals will be 48 to 54 after meals 54 to 65. Should I check again heart related check up?

Sir My resting heart rate 48 to 56 always since last 8 months when I observed and chest discomfort leg restlessness anxiety some time and  body shaking feel last 20 days. 6 months back and one year back two time checked ecg echo tmt thyroid function sugar electrolyte tropinin t and I and ckmb all the reports were normal. And in ecg one time 60 heart beat one time and 55 second time and mentioned as sinus arrthyamia with sinus bradycardia. Please advise what should I do now. I have gerd problem and vitamin b12 and D dificency for that I had taken treatment. Symptoms now. Chest discomfort Leg restlessness or feet cold feel Body shaking when more hungry that time heart beat 48 to 50 Some time weakness.

Hello Sir/Madam, I am having cough since Aug 2020. Consulted pulmonologist as I am started little pain in Chest in Nov, after trying medicine from PMP. He has asked to take X-ray, CBP & ECG. ECG was abnormal and he asked me to take TMT and 2D echo. I have taken Both the tests and consulted Cardiologist. He said everything is normal and gave some medicine for muscle pain. After 1 month also I am not getting releif from cough and discomfort in Chest is same. I again consulted other pulmonologist he also said everything is fine it could be becoz of gastric issue and written Ivepred 4 & Montuvir. I got little relief from cough after using them for 4 days and It was ok for that week. After completing 1 weeks medicine I again started feeling same.  Cough is not severe but it's there, after lying down for sleep I get little bit more and then it's fine. No cough during sleep. Discomfort in Chest still there. Please suggest me a way to get rid of these problems (cough and chest pain)

Severe itchy throat from 2 months.Along with sore throat some times.also have different sensation in ears itching in ears and click sounds when move or swallow.It all started with ear discomfort.Used all antibiotics,betadine gargle,salt gargle,allergy tablets,nasal drops and also steroid medrol 16mg 3 days.When I took medrol 16mg the itchiness in throat was less but it started again and ear discomfort not discomfort it's like when water gets in ear how sound comes the feeling is like that.is it due to cancer throat cancer?iam really worried plz help.my age is 27 female.Alos I was taking very very hot steam for a month directly while heating on stove without offing daily thrice for a month.Does this cause throat cancer?

If 2D echo, Echo, Tmt, Ecg, Chest X ray reports are normal, is there need to do angiography? My brother has chest discomfort and mild pain sometimes in left and sometimes in center when he gets pain he gets nervous and his heart rate increases to 90-98bpm but at other times when he is relaxed his resting heart rate will be under 68-72bpm. He regularly runs on treadmill for 20 -30mins for atleast 5 days a week no discomfort while running. He has acidity gerd problem from last 8 months completed the course and stopped the acidity tablets, no other health issues sugar & bp are also normal.. Got chest x ray also orthopaedic said no issues just gave vitamin tablets for 1 month and at some 3-4 points in chest when pressed he feels pain.. kindly reply confused the pain is due to heart, acidity, muscular or nerves problem..

Hello doctor, Recently i suffering with urinary infection and doctor advised antibiotics now it is fine but i even suffered with little varicoc il & Little hyrocil (L&R). There was discomfort at that time.Now discomfort is not there .Doctor said to wear tight undergarment & advised me to drink plenty of water.I regularly go to gym & i lift heavy weights at the gym,so he advised not to lift heavy weights. To do simple exercises only. As said im following. The main problem is not that i want an advise from you it is a personal problem i even shared it with my family doctor he advised me to take Acrovil 400 tab & Acivir ointment for over 3 weeks He said it is herpes simplex. But there is no change in that area. Im frankly telling i never had any physical contact with anyone through out my life till date. Then how come i will get that problem. Is there any test for this to find out this health problem. But when i was at the age of 15 years i had chicken poxes.

I am suffering from shortness of breath and chest tightness and discomfort from 13th August 2016.Though gradually chest discomfort went off, I still feel shortness of breath. I contacted physician and did all blood tests, ecg and echo cardio gram. All came out normal. I had a similar experience during march 2016 but it went off within 3-4 days. As i already had done a chest x-ray during june-2016 [Had dengue fever], doctor recommended not to have x-ray done again. I am sleeping good. Doctor didn't recommend any anxiety tablets as he wants me to get away from it myself[As i'm still young]. He has given nervegen plus capsule. I had anxiety after my father expired and immense pressure afterwards to complete other chores during March time. But I'm feeling like shortness of breath will not go ever. Its taking my conectration out. I'm doing regular aerobic exercises[Not much feeling tired] What else should I do? Should I also consult pulmonologist? Who should i consult?

The problem/pain started in my left lower back & hip area after a workout session in gym. Apparently I lifted little more weight in "Dead Lift" exercise that day at the gym. Slight pain started on the spot which is normal during workouts, hence I took it as muscle pain and thought it will be gone in 3-4 days like any other muscle repair pain but it Increased. So then I went to a Physiotherapist, He diagnosed it as "Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction" so then I took sessions of IFT with Hot Pack. He also taught me some exercises for the problem. The pain decreased from 100% to 10% within a week but that 10% of pain/discomfort/irritation took 6 weeks to go away with proper exercise and rest. Now that 10% of pain/discomfort/irritation is back again and any sort of physical exercise causes it. I want to know that what kind/type of doctor to look for? "Orthopedist", "Physiotherapist", "sports doctor" or any other? coz IFT sessions just suppresses the pain but I want proper solution.
