Knowing about my jaw problems
I am suffering for tmj disorder problem. Now I don't feel any pain from my jaw joint, I just feel my bite is way off, facial muscles are tight and contracted and some neck and back discomfort with no such pain. Is there any problem in my jaw joint even now (as I don't feel any pain, jaw clicking or locking etc.)? Why the treatment time is so long for me? How can I stay mentally strong in this situation? Please help.

This particular treatment has to be addressed holistically taking many things into to consideration,as the problems have accumulated over a period of time and hence the treatment takes quite sometime. U need to have the patience for the same.
