Bruised bone big toe
My son droped a barbell on his big toe about 3 - 4 weeks ago. it bruised the big toe. he has a hike on the 23 this 7.2 miles over two days. The terian is Moderate with a few steep sections and minial incline gain. can my son do the hike? how should we wrap it? he says that in day to day activities he feels little to no discomfort.

Yes he can take the hike but would be better to show once to an orthopedic to rule out any further possible bone contussion
