Increased testicles, seminal leakage
I have been feeling heaviness in my testicles and their size also increased. I feel discomfort while sitting, going upstairs, riding bike. Due to pressure some liquid also leak from my penis, every now and then (while sitting, moving away from my chair) I can feel a drop leaked.
