My right side testicle hangs lower
It hangs lower than it used to. I'm 21 y/o. I recently had a full body examination and at that time the doctor said I was clear. He told me to cough and all so at that point I didn't think I had any problem with my testicles as also he checked them. He didn't touch them though just had a thorough look. Last night I noticed that my right sided testicle hangs a bit more lower now. I do go to the gym and I lift but I also were tight shorts. Could lifting be a problem? Or is it normal? I had another medical to attend before I go work on the ship. Will my low hanging testicle be a problem?

It can be due to varicocele. Please get an ultrasound and venous doppler of scrotum.

On average, testicles are 4 x 3 x 2 centimeters (cm) in size and is oval shaped. It's totally normal for man's testicles to be different sizes and for one to hang lower and behind the other. In most men the right testicle is slightly bigger and the left hangs lower. Although if the change in testicles is something you've noticed to be new and different from before then you should visit a surgeon and have it evaluated.
Next Steps
Get examined by a general surgeon if the change in size is a new development.
Health Tips
If condition persists or worsens visit the general surgeon at the earliest
