I had a very very mild pain in the right testicle that was felt on lower right side abdomen also(similar to being hit in the testicles that would cause referred pain to the lower abdomen - but this pain was very mild).
I did not have any injury. Also I inspected the scrotum and there is no swelling, no pain to touch and no discoloration.
This pain is now gone, is it normal to experience this and are there any other steps I need to take even though the pain is gone?

It seems to be the grade I vericocele. It can't be identified immediately with the palpation or examination.
It needs to be ruled out with the testicular sonography. (Scrotum)
Although it can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects.

A very mild, short-lived testicular pain that has completely resolved, with no swelling, discoloration, tenderness or injury, can occur from relatively minor causes such as temporary muscle/groin strain, epididymal irritation, prolonged sitting, or referred pain from the groin/abdomen. Testicular pain can also originate from the abdomen or groin rather than the testicle itself.
However, one important point is that testicular torsion can occasionally cause pain that suddenly resolves when the testicle twists and then untwists (intermittent torsion). Therefore, if the pain was genuinely sudden and significant, or if you experience another similar episode, it should not simply be ignored.
Next Steps
Since your pain has completely disappeared and you have no swelling or tenderness, you can monitor yourself rather than taking medication immediately. Avoid repeatedly squeezing or examining the testicle, and observe whether the pain returns. Health Tips
For now, normal activity is reasonable if you remain completely comfortable. Wear supportive underwear if you notice mild discomfort and avoid strenuous activity for a day or two if it seems to trigger symptoms. Don't start antibiotics or other medicines just because of a single brief episode in the absence of evidence of infection. If you develop burning urination, penile discharge, fever, scrotal warmth/swelling or persistent tenderness, get examined for conditions such as epididymitis. Thank you
