Testicle pain guidance.
Hello Doctors. I've been experiencing pain in my left testicle for 2 years. I underwent a sonography, which revealed an infection. Despite taking medication(took antibiotics for only 5-6 days), the pain persists. I've also tried Ayurvedic treatments, but they haven't provided relief. The doctors have ruled out varicocele and hydrocele, attributing the issue to the infection. What should I do next? Please guide me.

If u r getting pain in testicular area for 2 years it can't be an infection it must be a vericocele issue ..
Kindly redo a ultrasound...
