My wife US showed thyroid nodule measuring 3x2.3x2.7cm , but fnac suggested colloid. Repeat scan now after 6month shows mild interval increase measuring 3.1x2.5x3.4 cm along with few new small colloid nodules in right lobe largest measuring 3.9x3.9mm. She don't have any discomfort or symptoms. Her TSH also normal. Is surgery or RFA needed now?

Hi doctor, I am currently twenty two weeks pregnant. I had a slight discomfort on one side ear yesterday and har an urge to use ear buds. I used gently even then I noticed a very small amount of blood stain on buds from the same side of ear. also then , I noticed one or two times a clear fluid like substance on the same side of ear without any foul smell.mostly when I sleep on that side. is it something to worry? . do I need to consult my doctir. if any medicine or antibiotic is prescribed by doctor if I visit, am not sure if I can consume now as I am pregnant. kindly suggest

My last periods start date 12th June and end date 16th June but flow was less from past 4days onwards I'm feeling discomfort in my stomach there are few movements I'm unable to find what are those it's because of gastric problem or anything else can I do home pregnancy test is it fine ? Today i was travelling by bus.. i had some chest discomfort but i ignored it as i had stomach trouble last night... after 2 hours I started feeling uneasy- i felt as if i couldnt understand whats happening around me, i felt confused and sleepy.. tried to feel my pulse- it felt faint n weak though on checking it was around 85... after 1 hour i got better. When i got off buss I thought to get an ekg done which is attached below.. is there any correlation between ekg n symptoms mine

Despite regular brushing and flossing, the discomfort persists. My father had CABG last year and in the consultations after his discharge( 3months, 6months) the doctor didn't advise for any tests to be done(like ECG,ECHO). He has been sleeping a lot when he's tired. I heard from others who had a similar surgery that these tests are usually done during consultations. My father isn't someone who tells us if he has mild discomforts and he has been the same after the surgery also. I am scared whenever he sleeps a lot now. Are these tests a regular protocol of some sort? Should we look for a different doctor for consultation?

Last Wednesday I started having pain and swelling around my last lower teeth and later after consulting with Dentist, I found out that my wisdom teeth is erupting and was precribed some medication for 3 days and recommended  to get it extracted. After a week, I can feel that my pain got reduced but swelling is still there around the area. But overall, i am feeling comparatively less discomfort now than week earlier. In this case, should I wait for few more days to see if swelling also gets reduced or shall I for extraction as soon as possible. Attaching Xray , refer to the lower wisdom teeth.

Several lymph nodes on left side of neck. lymph nodes are rubbery in nature and one of them is also causing pain. There is pain in throat without any fever or any other discomfort. Tosilis are also swelling. On Ultrasound it has been found that there cervical lymph nodes on sub mandibular region. On CBC lymphocyte level are 50. Taking antibiotic and anti allergic since 4 days but no improvement.
