I have small white spot in my gum behind my 2nd molar tooth where previously (4yrs ago) surgical extraction of wisdom tooth is done. I have taken many antibiotics (monocef,sporidex725,augmentin625)..but its not completely cured. Its painless but i have discomfort during chewing after eating the spot reduced then again build up. So 2 dentist suggest me to do upper 3rd molar extraction and i have also done it..but still the problem not going..im helpless now what the hell is happening with me?

3 months before I had an external hemorrhoids which was very painful and slowly the conditions improved. It is still there but not causing any discomfort. Recently I found one more hemorrhoid seems to be coming from inside and it is not going away since 5 days. I am worried if it is grade 4 hemorrhoid. I am at a place where I cant get medical attention until 2 3 months. I am worried if it gets worse and afraid if i had to go for surgery. Please suggest me what I shohld I do? If I had to get it treated immediately? Will there be any medication or just surgery? Can medicines be given online without visiting hospital?

Whenever I go for a walk after dinner, for the past 3–4 days I’ve been experiencing pain in my chest, mainly on the left side. The pain starts off mildly but increases when I walk more. It radiates from my left chest to my left arm and reaches down to my palm. This pain has been continuous for the past 3–4 days. There is a slight discomfort in my left breast, but the pain in my arm and palm is quite intense. The pain increases if I try to hold or grip something.

Hi I am male 20, hindu with an uncircumcised penis with foreskin on top ,i don't feel any pain or discomfort in anything . My penis retracts back when flaccid but not when erect, the glans feels very sensitive when touched.. Is it phimosis or normal? I see a lot of non muslim with this problem. Dear Sir/Madam, I have been suffering from neck and back muscles pain since last one year, it's very discomfort for my every day work, feeling like dizziness and feels like I faint, when I sit down for eating position bending neck down... Blood pressure increases on standing ... I don't why all this happening.. When ever I see down the paint starts and weeks my entire body.. For some time... And on sleeping I don't feel all this symptoms... Please advise... What steps to taken for betterment.

My 2 month old baby took his vaccination shot 10 days ago. I see redness and lump on vaccine site but there is no pain because when i press the site he does not show discomfort. But baby has become bit crancy for sometime in a day mostly at evening since vaccination is done. What should i do is it normal to have redness with lump common? I don't see any difference in redness since the day of vaccination it is not increased and not reduced as well.

I'm on ventab 113.5 MG since a month and I noticed that I'm having difficulties in passing urine. No discomfort or pain or burning sensation. It's just that urine takes time to come out.. My urine tests and renal tests are normal in range.. Also during afternoon or evening I'm able to pass urine normally. Anything to check further?

I am a 35-year-old male and have had a hydrocele for the past 10–11 years. I don’t know how it developed. Dear sir/ma'am I am suffering from very dry area anal surrounding area and dry vaginal area. There is no severe itching and seems friction and redness due dryness. Anal surrounding area is most affected. Until now there is no severe burning or discomfort while daily activities but the dryness is causing concern. Can I use candid b creame. Kindly suggest

From the last 2 days I was suffering from light burning sensation in anal area after passing of stool. But yesterday i had a mild burning sensation after passing stool and with that i am also having heaviness in right lower abdomen. No pain felt, only burning and discomfortness. Currently i am on a medication for gastritis from the last 1.5 Years. This is the first time i have faced anal burning issue.
