My 2 month old baby took his vaccination shot 10 days ago. I see redness and lump on vaccine site but there is no pain because when i press the site he does not show discomfort. But baby has become bit crancy for sometime in a day mostly at evening since vaccination is done. What should i do is it normal to have redness with lump common? I don't see any difference in redness since the day of vaccination it is not increased and not reduced as well.

Post vaccination sometimes redness and swelling might be seen. Just check if it's increasing or pain present. If no such sign swelling will subside gradually. Cranky in evening has no relation with vaccination. It might be because of colic pain which is common in evening
Next Steps
If the swelling and redness is increasing need to do USG of swelling. for now just observe. if crankiness is more might need to start medicine to relive colic pain
