Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

've been experiencing a back pain on my upper left side which doesn't bother me a lot but it's there whenever I try to feel it. It's between my shoulder blade and spine. I've also been experiencing a minor chest discomfort. No pain. But I just feel... 'weird' on the left side of my chest. Note: I have a back pain similar to the current one on my left side. Same type of pain and same location between shoulderblade and spine on left side. What could this be. Please help, thanks.

I've noticed a mild swelling in right thigh on 3rd October. It's completely painless. It is not even visible, so one can feel it only when that particular area of the thigh is touched. It's not causing any discomfort at all. But I'm a lil worried as to what it exactly is. Does any doctor esp (ortho or muscles specialist) have any idea about what it is? Just an idea. Please tell me.

Hello! I have been suffering from constipation since 5 months and the bowls movement is absolutely nil. I have been drinking FIBRE JUICE(LACTUSAFE...) and other fibre juice but no improvement. I have also started eating apple and other fruits for fiber but the bowls movement is still pretty low. Also my abdominal area has started to pain. I feel stressed and discomfort in my abdominal area. Please help me Thank you.

Hi , For the past 1 week i am having dizziness mostly when standing or walking.Also there is discomfort in back of neck when I am bending down to look at mobile even while sitting.There is only occasional pain.But neck feels sore and sometimes my head feels heavy.sometimes my shoulders also seem sore. if i am lying down or sitting straight i feel comfortable. I work for 9 hours in front of computer.Please let me know what is the solution for my problem Thanks

My mother aged 52 has dry eyes problem since 7yrs soon d allergy started on eyelids n from five yes it's nt going.. Off late it's become quite worse. I m having discomfort when I swallow on the right side of my throat I have clear blisters, the pain from my throat goes all the way to my ear and jaw! I have a pounding headache to go along with it . Also have a bad cough (wet cough) sometimes with a blackish colored mucus! When I blow my nose there is blood! I have pains in my right side (where I have a cyst on my ovary) from coughing! I'm having chest tightness all day, everyday, sometimes mild, sometimes a bit severe. These last months It's gotten worse. I started having these symptoms 2 years ago. At first it didn't make me feel discomforted, but now I can endure it anymore. A year ago I did a spirometry test&chest x-ray, all were very normal. Might I have asthma? I don't cough or wheeze, just breathing difficulty and chest tightness. Neurologist said I have spasms. Should I do spirometry again to be sure I havent asthma?

Dr, I have been diagnosed with varicocele in my left testicle grade (3/4). The veins are visible by naked eye. But there is no discomfort or any sort of pain yet. My semen analysis was also normal. The doctor had suggested to get it operated ( varicocelectomy) as it may lead to infertility in future. Please tell me what should I do. If I should get it operated then I have a few questions. Is the surgery safe? Are there any chances of reoccurring of varicocele? Can I continue to play basketball and go to the gym after the surgery?
