I have been suffering from constipation since 5 months and the bowls movement is absolutely nil.
I have been drinking FIBRE JUICE(LACTUSAFE...) and other fibre juice but no improvement.
I have also started eating apple and other fruits for fiber but the bowls movement is still pretty low.
Also my abdominal area has started to pain. I feel stressed and discomfort in my abdominal area.
Please help me
