Breathin problem, feels like suffocation
Sputum /jelly kind of substance being produced in the back of nose and is being secreted continuosly into the throat and it is stuck there..I don't have cold ..Nose is not getting blocked but because the secreted substance getting stuck at the back of mouth feeling very much discomfort.. I am not able to breath with nose..This problem occuring since 6-8 months but since couple of days feeling so much suffocation..From childhood I had cold problem..But the symptoms mentioned are new to me and is feeling something else...Please help..

Start with drinking plenty of water time to time. Nasal saline drops should help.
Still get an examination by an ENT specialist for confirmation & treatment.
