My name is Sandeep my age is 26 year old and height 5" and my weight 50 kg but I m worried about my weight because previously m just 40-42 kg weight and suddenly I gaining weight also increase size of tummy. I feel discomfort and poor digestion

Few weeks ago.. I felt heavier on my right breast. Also it felt lumpy. Gynae said it might be fibroadenosis and suggested usg scan. The usg scan came out to be completely normal. I still feel discomfort. What should I do? Will regulating my menstrual cycle help in treating thia condition as I have irregular cycle problem.

I have vomiting tendency , nausea , headaches on riding car and bus only. But I never feel above mentioned discomforts while travelling by train and boat . I have tried over the counter medicine moverine and many others medicines but those medicines are not helpful at all. So , if I use MQ motion sickness patches then will it help me above mentioned troubles ??? Has it any side-effect ???

Hi doctor, I am having forehead till neck from sides feeling like band and tightness.. which is giving me discomfort.. sometimes feels like blurry vision.. when wakeup felling tingling on the hands.. not able to concentrate on my work.. I have suffered with acute head ache from last 3 days. Before that I have a bit tooth ache but that is not so serious. But now I feel discomfort due to my headache. I have slight pain in both the knees whlie bending or climbing stairs. I hve statred doing knee exercise for the same. I hve a habit of walking for 45 mins ( two times ie 1.5 hours) in a day. I dont feel any pain or discomfort while walking. Is it safe for my knees if i walk for 1.5 hours in a day?

Hello Doctor, I have PCOD since last few years. I had tablets earlier but I stopped taking it as I had side effects. I dint get my periods for the last 6 months, but I have been spotting for the last 4 -5 days. Yesterday and today i didnt have spotting but i feel some discomfort in my throat and breast pain. Just recently noticed red spots on Glans penis and it looks shiny all over glans. It doesn't hurt but itches once in a while but not regularly. No pain or burning sensation during urinating.
