Lumpy breasts
Few weeks ago.. I felt heavier on my right breast. Also it felt lumpy. Gynae said it might be fibroadenosis and suggested usg scan. The usg scan came out to be completely normal. I still feel discomfort. What should I do? Will regulating my menstrual cycle help in treating thia condition as I have irregular cycle problem.

Hello. You have irregular cycles since when? What is the gynecologist opinion for that? Are you on any medication for your periods? Have you done USG of Pelvis, to know the status of the uterus and ovaries. Any ovarian cyst? If USG Breast is normal and there are irregular cycles - it is most likely ovarian issues.
Next Steps
Do you have any medicine allergy. If no, then You could try analgesics like paracetamol, 500mg, 3-4 times a day for 3 days.
