Hi i had milkish nipple discharge. done usg breast comes normal. i want to do mammogram as it is standard detection for breast cancer screening. my dr told this test is not for u bcz i m below 35yrs age. i fear for miss some calcification or cancer in usg. can i go for mammogram or trust on usg report?

You better do serum prolactin levels and cytology of nipple discharge. Above all ,never self squeeze the nipple
