Red spots on glans penis, Shiny white
Just recently noticed red spots on Glans penis and it looks shiny all over glans. It doesn't hurt but itches once in a while but not regularly. No pain or burning sensation during urinating. Don't know what it is. Apart from itching once in a while not any other discomfort. Washing glans every day with lukewarm water but still it smells sometime. Please help...

Hello.
First of all we need to rule out certain infections including scabies. This is only possible after a visual examination. Your history pretty much rules out STI. But still we need to examine other body parts for exact diagnosis.
Next Steps
Continue washing your penis with water twice daily and apply moisturiser cream. Avoid over the counter creams as these make diagnosis difficult later.
