I was diagnosed with varicocele on the right side and on left side as well. I googled about it and google said right side varicocele is because of some blockage in my abdomen, is this true? My varicocele hasn't flared up for a while now and I don't feel any discomfort in scrotum either, I've started going to gym again as well and everything is smooth. I had oily diarrhea for 3-4 days about a week ago, though i didn't ate anything wrong. Since then i am experiencing some weird abdominal movements especially when laying on right side.
